Learn, network, and grow at the 2018 National Summit
The fifth C-TAC Summit will be held from October 9-11, 2018 in Denver, Colorado and will focus on developments in the movement, with special attention to: caregiving; policy and advocacy; technology; public engagement; measurement; scaling for success and more.
C-TAC is at the forefront of the movement to transform advanced care and nowhere else will you have access to such a comprehensive and up-to-date view of developments in the movement. Learn about C-TAC’s own innovations, cutting-edge programs our members are developing, policy updates, other leaders in the field and much more.
Over 400 healthcare leaders gather at the Summit every year, including providers, health systems, payers, employers, and consumer advocates. 45% are program staff, 31% are management, and 24% are c-suite executives.
Discover what is being done to accelerate change
C-TAC is working across four domains – care, cost, caregiving, and community – to develop interdisciplinary responses to these complex and increasingly pressing problems. Whether through our work creating an advanced payment model, reaching out to new and underserved communities, working with Members of Congress on legislation, or educating clinincians on how to have end-of-life conversations, C-TAC is on the forefront of creating solutions to bridge the gap between the care people living with advanced illness want and the care they actually receive.
Interact with executive leaders in healthcare
C-TAC is a large and growing alliance of more than 140 national healthcare organizations and leaders, so it should come as no surprise that the 2018 National Summit will be the largest such gathering of key players in the country. You’ll learn directly from leaders of AARP, the American Hospital Association, American Heart Association, and others!
Are they leading the way forward? If so, they’ll be here.
C-TAC’s members are a diverse and plugged-in network of healthcare organizations and nowhere else will you find such a wide swathe of their key players and decision makers. This event will bring together healthcare stakeholders representing providers, health systems, health insurers, consumer groups, patient advocates, private-sector employers, and thought leaders from around the country.
If you want to make a connection, this is the place to do it.
Interactive sessions on topics that matter to you
Attending the summit will mean engaging with the people working to solve the core problems in advanced care. This year’s agenda will include a variety of smaller breakout sessions which will delve more deeply into specific participant-requested arenas, including how technology is changing medicine, how to provide support to family caregivers, measuring success in the movement, and more.
