Stacia Laffe-Nedvidek, MBA, MS, BS, LPCC

Clinical Director, Behavioral Operations

Stacia is a Clinical Director for Behavioral Operations at Cigna.  Her primary responsibilities include oversight of the Crisis Triage, Community Support, and Advocate Teams within the Behavioral Health division at various locations across the country with over 300 employees.  Stacia joined Cigna in 2007 and since then has held various Clinical Roles.  A seasoned health care professional, Stacia has over a decade of direct care behavioral experiences. These experiences include a variety of settings including In-Home Family Counselor, School Based Counselor, Day Treatment Therapist, and Outpatient Therapist.

Stacia is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Stout where she earned her Master of Science Degree in Counseling and a graduate of the University of Wisconsin La-Crosse where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology.  She is also a graduate of Argosy University Twin Cities where she earned her MBA. Stacia is a Licensed Professional Certified Counselor with the Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy for the state of MN, as well as a Board Approved Supervisor.
