Nikki Davis is the Vice President of Clinical Operations for the Southeast Region of Aspire Health. She received her baccalaureate in nursing from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, her master’s degree in nursing from Emory University, and is currently enrolled in the Johns Hopkins Executive Doctor of Nursing Program. Nikki has worked in complex care and population health management for over 15 years, helping to develop and implement new clinical models that serve vulnerable populations in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities, and for community-based populations. Nikki has experience in managing longitudinal care delivery, as well as episodic care within inpatient and post-acute care. She has significant experience in managing risk adjustment and quality measures that drive alternative payment models (APM). Nikki also has experience in health plan collaboration, previously developing clinical service line agreements for various APM contracts, Medicare-Medicaid Exchange Programs, and SNF shared-savings models.

Nikki has a passion for palliative care and working with older adults. She is an active member of several professional healthcare organizations, and currently serves as the Principal Officer for the Georgia Chapter of the Gerontological Advanced Practice Nurses Association (GAPNA), and previously sat on the National GAPNA Board of Directors.
