Caregiver Coach

As a coach on Cigna’s Caregiver team, Kendra utilizes education and training in behavioral science along with personal experience when working with individuals in the program.  In addition to providing direct care, Kendra is also involved in supporting the development of the service, staff training, and other related activities.

Kendra started her career with Cigna in 2013 and moved into various behavioral clinical roles before joining the Caregiver team in late 2018.  She has over ten years of experience providing direct therapy in outpatient and intensive outpatient settings for co-occurring diagnosis populations, children and families, neurodevelopmental disorders in children, and geriatrics.

Kendra completed her undergraduate degree in psychology at the University of Saint Thomas in 2010 and graduated from Argosy University’s clinical psychology program in 2016 with a Master of Arts and concentration in dual-diagnosis studies. She is licensed in the state of Minnesota as a Professional Clinical Counselor and an Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
