Kelly has been the Executive Director of the San Francisco IHSS Public Authority since April 2014. She came to this position with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the areas of economic issues, senior issues and issues affecting people with disabilities. Prior to accepting this position, she served as the President of the San Francisco Human Services Commission. Additionally, she ran a small law practice specializing in elder issues and probate law. In 2008, she and her sister founded SF Urban CHC, a nonprofit providing first time home-buyer education and financial literacy for low to moderate income residents of San Francisco. She enjoys fighting and advocating for the rights of seniors and people with disabilities to live and thrive in the community.
