Reimagining Long-Term Care

About the Session

Reimagining Long Term Care requires a fundamental shift in the way we think about the needs of the population that needs someone else’s help every day. In order to provide the best care possible for our most vulnerable, we must find a way to connect residential, home-based, and community options to integrate services that provide the best quality of life. What are the best options and innovations for children with special needs, adults with long-term disability, and older adults who need long-term care? This Lab will be framed by experts with differing points of view challenging attendees to identify possible solutions for their communities.
