A panel of expert faith leaders representing communities across the United States will share initiatives, practices as well as trusted resources that have been successful in their communities when supporting persons navigating advanced illness and their caregivers. Attendees will receive guidance and source materials which clergy and/or leaders can immediately bring back to their communities of faith and implement.
