Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please submit all cancellations in writing to SPark@theCTAC.org in accordance with the below deadlines:

Received by Aug. 30: 50% Refund

Received Aug. 31-Sept. 13: 25% Refund

Received on or after Sept. 27: No Refund

If you register and then are unable to attend, you may send someone in your place at no additional charge. Substitutions to registration or hotel reservations must be submitted in writing to SPark@theCTAC.org. A letter must originate from the original attendee and/or company in order to process. The C-TAC team will handle the transferal of the registration to the new attendee.
